POWERTEC is proud to introduce the 4” to 2-1/2” Cone Reducer, a limited adapter designed for seamless coupling of 4-inch ID dust hoses with 2-1/2 ID dust hoses. This innovative solution allows you to step down from a larger main line to a smaller branch line without compromising air velocity or the efficiency of your dust collection system. Constructed with premium, heavy walled ABS plastic, this reducer is built to last and can withstand the rigors of woodworking dust collection.

The POWERTEC Cone Reducer is user-friendly and hassle-free, eliminating the need for messy tape or additional equipment. Make a clean and smart connection with ease using this reliable adapter.

Please be aware that this reducer is not suitable for direct connection to dust collector OD ports, as it is designed to fit and accommodate hoses only. For direct connections to your 4” dust collection equipment port, you will need to purchase the POWERTEC 70149 4” Flex Cuff with Hose Clamp (sold separately) or the POWERTEC 70171 Threaded Quick Coupler (sold separately) for connecting two 4” ports.

Please note that this cone reducer is specifically designed to work exclusively with 4” and 2-1/2” hoses and is not compatible with a 2-1/2” OD or 4” OD dust collection equipment port directly, requiring the use of the POWERTEC 70149 or 70148 Flex Cuffs.

Made with high-quality ABS plastic, the POWERTEC Cone Reducer is built for long-term durability, ensuring it can handle the demands of workshop dust collection. The dimensions of this adapter are as follows: 4” nominal OD end measures 3-61/64” OD and 3-41/64” ID, while the 2-1/2” nominal OD end measures 2-15/32” OD and 2-9/32” ID.
